Case study experiment in "Repair using 3D printing". A second attempt is made on scanning the backplate only, this time utilizing clay healing to create a directly printable scan. However, this effort is not continued due to concerns that the clay may have become deformed. The strategy employed involves 3D scanning. Remake software is utilized in conjunction with a rotating platform positioned within a light tent. A Canon EOS 100D camera paired with a 50mm lens captures 72 photos.
