C270 Support for Ender 3 Pro base

First, huge thanks go out to Waverunner62 for creating an outstanding design of a sturdy camera mount (thank you very much).\r\n\r\nI needed a solid base for my 4040 profile Y-axis Ender3 Pro 3D printer.\r\n\r\nTo adapt the design, I made some key changes because the idler has tighter clearance to the metal holder. As a result, I modified it with a channel and reduced the clamp's inner distance since it was too generous. Of course, I increased the height of the base to accommodate the Ender3 Pro Y-axis roller properly. Additionally, I added a Fusion360 model for reference.
