This is a C270 Logitech arm with a "cableless" LED holder for Prusa printers. You can attach it to the arm that comes with the standard C270 mount, then use a USB cable or another suitable cord and pass both cables through the holes in the two LED arms. Wrap one wire around the cone and attach a 35 mm LED festoon to complete the setup.
