C270 Detent Cam Mount System for Ender3

Had some ideas and it kind of snowballed from there. I have no idea if this is overkill or if there's legitimate use for it but I'm enjoying the customizability of camera setups in my test prints so far. This system uses the [C270_hinge_M3_screw.stl](https://cdn.thingiverse.com/assets/e5/dd/82/36/88/c270_hinge_M3_screw.stl) model (unmodified) from [luc_e's](https://www.thingiverse.com/luc_e) [Logitech C270 tripod](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1228521) project and a modified tripod_top.stl ("tripod_top-REMIX.stl" in this project's Thing Files). The system has two mounts....1 rail mount for shooting from above, and 1 belt tensioner bracket mount for shooting at bed level. There are 10 detents across 180 degrees on each mount as well as the arm to allow for multiple positions. The swivel on the C270 as well as the back of the tripod top swivel allow for vertical swiveling of the camera. The Vertical Graduator allows for further customization.
