A simple 5mm passthrough hole accommodates a nut and bolt on the opposite side of the extrusion, ensuring secure clamping. Print Settings: Printer Brand: LulzBot Printer Model: TAZ 5 Rafts: No rafts were used in this print. Supports: Yes, I included supports to enhance stability. Resolution: Standard resolution was selected for this print job. Infill: The infill setting was set to 40%, which I determined using the Esun basic PLA settings. Notes: This model took approximately 3.5 hours to print using Argos PLA at a temperature of 190 degrees with a bed temperature of 60 degrees.
