The Larson Electronics EPL-HB-100LED-RT-140DB is an Explosion Proof Low Bay light fixture with 11,667 lumens of high-quality light while drawing only 100 watts. This LED light fixture features a compact design and uses LED technology as a replacement for older, bulky incandescent, metal halide or high-pressure sodium lights. It is ideal for use in Class I Division 1 & 2, Class II Division 1 & 2 hazardous locations. The copper-free aluminum alloy body is powder coated for added durability and an attractive aesthetic appearance. Its heat dissipating design combined with LED technology offers a rated lifespan of 60,000 hours with 80% lumen retention. This Explosion Proof LED light fixture has multiple LED drivers that increase the operational life of the fixture by ensuring that if one bank of LEDs or driver fails, the others continue to operate. The fixture is universal voltage capable and can be operated with 100-277 VAC, 50/60Hz. It also comes in a low voltage version that operates on AC/DC voltages from 11-25 Volts. The light is IP67 rated, dustproof and protected against high-pressure jets and temporary submersion. Its cast aluminum body and LED lamp provide excellent durability and resistance to vibration and impacts. The housing is designed to dissipate heat which increases the efficiency and lifespan of the LEDs and electronics. It produces 11,667 lumens with a color temperature of 5600K and a color rendering index of 75, providing more accurate colors and details than high-pressure sodium or mercury vapor luminaries.
