Hello!, today I share a camera holding mechanism I designed specifically for a C170 Logitech webcam and compatible with Octoprint, but should fit other models of webcams as well. The rotating mechanism locks itself at precise steps thanks to the help of a small spring. To assemble this design, you'll need some extra hardware including screws, self-locking nuts, and three small springs with diameters ranging from 5 to 6 mm and lengths of 5 mm. An optional feature can be added by fitting a small 1.5mm wide glass to prevent the camera lens from getting dirty. Additionally, some soft material will be needed to center the camera in its cabinet.
