I purchased an accessory for my microscope to utilize it as a photogrammetry tool for examining tiny objects. I'm not yet achieving the accuracy I need, but I'm pleased with these initial results. The photogrammetry model C1 was created by duplicating the half that had been fully scanned, and I still lack many details, but I desire the ability to also create photogrammetry models because I want to verify the overall shape of my models. As you can see, even though most of it is identical, especially the transverse processes (the "wings") have a slightly different orientation. I must redo the scan to determine if I need to recreate the modeled C1. I added another scan made with Agisoft using the same set of photos. The scan differs significantly from the others, not only in details but also in larger features. (I am indeed a perfectionist.) Edit: Another version was created with Agisoft. Five hundred fourteen photos were used and one half was duplicated. It's improving even without image stacking. My microscope may not be good enough to accomplish that.
