This is a ring gear and pinion gear design for my 12" lazy susan bearing, which I'm using on my timber frame C1-10P build. Some holes will need to be drilled into the lazy susan to fit the ring gear on, and it's held in place with M5 bolts. I sourced this bearing from Carbatec, but you can also find similar products on Ebay and other online marketplaces: https://www.carbatec.com.au/hardware-and-project-supplies/project-kits/lazy-susan-bearing-12. To power my lazy susan, I'm using a 12V motor and motor driver, which works great on 12 volts: https://www.banggood.com/DC-12V-180RPM-Geared-Motor-High-Torque-Gear-Reducer-Motor-p-1068573.html?rmmds=myorder. This setup provides a cost-effective alternative to traditional dome bearings. I hope this information helps you with your own project, and I wish you happy building!
