A truly ingenious card wallet that makes handling your cards an absolute breeze! The cards seamlessly pop out as demonstrated in the provided picture, courtesy of a simple yet effective lever operation. This marvelous invention has a remarkable capacity to hold a generous 6 cards, and I'm thrilled to report that it functions exceptionally well. --- Instructions for Assembling Your New Card Wallet You'll need a small bearing, which you can easily acquire from online marketplaces like Ebay. Alternatively, you may choose to print a ring with a diameter equivalent to the bearing itself. Additionally, you'll require a tiny spring and some pieces of iron wire, which I typically substitute with short lengths of nail for convenience. To begin assembling your card wallet, insert the bearing into the lever ring, carefully positioning it so that it fits snugly in place. Next, locate the small spring and press it into position. Use a piece of cut nail to secure it, inserting it through a hole in the front of the ring. For added stability and security, glue pieces of felt (also known as the protective material used on wooden floors) around its edges before sealing the housing with a fast-drying adhesive. This may seem like an unconventional solution, but I assure you that felt is essential for maintaining card stability, particularly given their somewhat loose tolerance. Despite experimenting with alternative materials, I've found that felt consistently delivers exceptional results. I successfully printed this card wallet using a 0.1mm layer thickness and PLA filament, which I strongly recommend for the best possible outcome. Printing in vibrant colors not only enhances its visual appeal but also elevates its functionality to make it an incredibly useful and captivating accessory.
