Printer parts are necessary: infill at 100%. A 3cm PTFE Teflon tube with an outer diameter of 4mm and an inner diameter of 2mm is required. Additionally, one M10 push-fit bowden connector, two M5 10mm for V-slot 2020/2040, one 625ZZ bearing, one M5 12mm, one M5 Nylock nut, one MK8 driver gear, five M3 8mm, one M3 10mm, one M5 40mm, four M5 washers, and one M5 nut are needed. One spring is also necessary, with dimensions of approximately 8.5mm outer diameter, 25mm uncompressed length, and 14mm fully compressed length.
