The C-Tug Kayak cart's stand is the most likely part to give out. You can't buy this component separately, which I find annoying since shipping costs nearly half the price. It always seems to break when you're away on vacation, never when using the kayak from home. This new stand fits the kayak snugly, even more so than the original one, but it's not too tight. I printed the first one as a single piece with supports, but printing it in two parts and gluing them together afterwards might be an even better option using ABS plastic and acetone.
