C Mount (CS Mount) to Micro Four Thirds/MFT adapter
thingiverse
A fairly quick design I put together to allow the use of Micro Four Thirds (M4/3) lenses on CS mount cameras. In my case I am using it with a ribcage modded GoPro Hero 4. I only have two native M4/3 mount lenses, but I have a quite a few old manual lenses of several different mounts and the corresponding adapters to M4/3, so this is the easiest way to use those old lenses on a CS mount camera. Anything you can adapt to M4/3 you can now adapt to CS mount, including ridiculous combinations like huge cine lenses. Note that the crop factor with 35mm/full frame lenses will be pretty extreme, 4x or more. You could use this with a C mount camera no problem, but it would effectively act like a macro extension tube, and your focus distance would be really short, which could certainly be useful. I would have made the adapter between C mount and M4/3 instead of CS mount, but the difference in flange focal distance between C mount and M4/3 is less than 2mm, not enough to squeeze and adapter in. CS gives me 5mm extra to work with, so I went with that as many C mount cameras work with CS mount lenses as well.
