Print suggestions: 1. Add a raft if your links are stuck, increase the "raft air gap" to prevent adhesion. 2. Incorporate supports for added stability. 3. Optimize print quality with standard settings: 0.2mm layer height and 0.4mm nozzle size. 4. Use generic PLA material. Thanks for the support and interest in my project within a couple of days! I've updated the files to include improved links that securely lock on both sides. The design has been cleaned up, and images have been refreshed. You shouldn't need any scaling adjustments, and the print should turn out great. About me and this project: I'm trying 3D modeling and printing for the first time with this project. I'm experimenting with single printed moving parts and their tolerances. The design is open to interpretation, but my ultimate goal is to create a complete chain/sprocket/rails kit. Project goals: 1. Achieve fast printing speeds. 2. Ensure strength in the final product. 3. Make it easily expandable.
