Your submission for Develop's Make-a-bot challenge features a robot design inspired by Iron Man and Gundam, which you don't consider a negative influence. However, the robot is currently non-poseable, as your desired poseability hasn't been achieved yet. Enjoy viewing CHARGER! All components are included in the provided STL file, fitting within a build envelope of 130mm x 150mm x 130mm for most platforms. Your Printrbot Jr will require two printing sessions, but still. The model assembles with tight tabs that should be glued and sanded down to fit the holes (you used a Dremel for this). These tabs help prevent parts from disassembling, though watch out for small arms and kegs detaching from the body. A leg and an arm needed JB Weld repair in your case. If you have better assembly ideas or suggestions for poseable hinges, please share them.
