C Clip / Spacer

We added a soap dispenser to the sink, but it always pumped out too much soap. I designed a clip that fits snugly around the shaft to reduce travel distance. I printed it in different heights to ensure flexibility when using various soaps. I printed this model in three distinct heights: 2mm, 4mm, and 8mm. In the picture, you can see me installing the 8mm and 2mm clips. The inner diameter is 25mm, with an outer diameter of 31mm. The soap dispenser shaft measures 1 inch, so a snug fit is achieved at 25mm. The handle is 10mm long. I preferred the look of an 8mm handle but found it harder to get a grip after installation. This clip should work for anything requiring shortened travel distance. I can think of several creative uses off the top of my head, and I'm sure many more exist.
