Update 2024 03 05:Top End V6 T-0_1m & Bottom End V6 T-0_1m (Clip-On) 65mm wide swappable corner ends added.Update 2024 02 29:Top End V5 T-0_1m & Bottom End V5 T-0_1m (Clip-On) 65mm wide swappable ends added.Update 2024 02 17:Tightening tool added for Gen. 01 and Gen. 02 Clamp PinsUpdate 2024 02 13:Model is open for remixing.Updates 2024 02 09:1- Gen. 02 Clamp Pin Added. It has more ergonomic, bigger handle Supports new “Clip-On” Clamp-Ends (And old ones too). It has better sticking to the hot-bed properties due to increased footprint.2- 4 x Gen. 02 Bottom-Ends Added. To Mount Bottom-Ends I suggest rotating handle clockwise all the way till Pin pushes itself in.To Dismount I suggest to rotating handle counter clockwise all the way till Pin unclips itself.     Quest for perfect clamp continues.... Here we have a "C" Clamp Inner Vertical span of 66mm vs Inner Horizontal 40mm with swappable Clamp-Ends for customised experience. Clamp Profile is 18mmV x 20mmH and is mimicking an “I” beam used in construction industry for maximum strength and rigidity. Print Settings: 0.4 Nozzle0.2mm Layer Height40% -60% Infill of choice 5 PerimetersPrinted fine without any supports on MK4. I used Prusament PETG filaments. Materials and Tolerances:When testing - PLA print with T-0.1mm pretty much screwed in without any post processing while PETG-CF needed light sanding. That's why I'm attaching 2 options for download with 0.1mm and 0.2mm tolerance between clamp and the pin thread. I would say - if you have some sanding paper and small round file (2mm) to clean between threads go for 0.1mm model and make it as tight as you want. Otherwise 0.2mm option might be easier and require no post processing (Tested).  Swappable Ends:For swappable ends there is Top End that slides in and Bottom End that sticks on top of pin. All of them fit snug printed of PETG-CF so I suspect same with PETG. PLA may be a bit looser. *Tolerance levels might vary subject to settings and print material used. I'm including few Clamp-Ends that fit my projects needs, but if you have special requirements drop me a DM and Ill aim to help you with your Clamp-End needs (subject to my time availability).  Mods from other users:Clamps with Threaded insertshttps://www.printables.com/model/761519-screw-on-clamp-end-for-studio-space-dust-c-clamps Feedback from user Comments:“To maximise sticking to the hot-bed, consider adding a brim to the pin.” (I didnt have sticking issues but one user reported the pin fell off during the print) Two users mentioned they wished Bottom-End would interlock with pin. - Update pending If you require bigger clamp consider scaling the model. One user reported scaling it up by 30% and it worked just fine. If required, clamp can be printed in different orientation (”C” laying flat on hot-bed). Few users printed this direction using supports for Top-End and it worked for them.  Hole in the Pin Handle requested.
