C-Channel
thingiverse
This file showcases two distinct parts of C-Channel, one fully printed and another at a precise 45-degree angle. My current project is an engineering endeavor where I'm aiming to find out how to print two identical 45-degree angled pieces and seamlessly connect them together to create something truly unique. Print Settings: Printer: KLIC-N-PRINT Rafts: No rafts will be used for this print job. Supports: There will be no supports added to the printed model. Resolution: The printer resolution will be set at 0.3mm for a smooth finish. Infill: The infill percentage will remain at 0% for this particular print setting. Notes: I opted for a quick print setup with two outlines and 0% infill, with the goal of achieving a height of 5 inches. Although I chose to prioritize speed, the resulting print still takes around 3-5 hours to complete due to its high resolution requirements.
