Inspired by mschiller's ingenious CD/DVD case organizer, I decided to tackle the challenge of extending cassette cases' lifespans as well. With some elbow grease, this project aims to convert your cassette cases into compact organizers for small parts. Given STL models that fit snugly inside TDK and PolyGram cases (with a lid cavity measuring 103x13), and potentially more, I've included the SCAD file to enable modifications for other cases and varying numbers of compartments. Print Settings: Printer Brand: RepRap Printer Model: RepRap Kossel XL Rafts: None needed Supports: Not required Resolution: A precise 0.2 mm Infill Percentage: A moderate 10% Notes: - Number of loops: 2 - Skin thickness: A sturdy 0.4 mm Post-Printing: Clear out all tumbler parts from your case. You can install the organizer component either with the open or closed end facing up. If necessary, secure it in place using superglue.
