C - Beam 20/80

This is a C-Beam in 20/80 Style that's gaining popularity for building 3D printers. I constructed it using a Spec Sheet, but omitted the rebated 60-degree edges on the channel since the walls are only 1.8 millimeters thick already - it's incredibly close to what you'd get if you purchased the authentic item. The material is surprisingly robust. Before investing $55 per meter, print out a piece to ensure it meets your requirements. The 10-millimeter thick component can be extended by utilizing the Z scale in Slic3r - and there's also a 10-centimeter length STL file available for download, along with the SketchUp file.
