C-3PO torso and shorts bolts

Building on GordonTarpley's idea to standardize the bolts used for neck bolts across other areas, I aimed to create uniformity by making the torso connecting bolt covers match the fake bolts on my shorts. Starting with parts designed by Jesse_M and TKCC71, I combined them into a single design. To ensure compatibility, I also incorporated Gordon's neck bolt head pocket so that the same cover and eventually the same size bolts and T-nuts could be used. The result is a cohesive look with matching designs on all parts along my torso, shorts, and thighs, as well as uniform neck and torso bolts. My hope is that these standardized components will prove useful to others.
