I've got my hands on the C-3PO head from Don Post Scans, and I'm taking it to the next level by giving it a thorough makeover. First things first, I hollowed out the model to give it some depth and visual interest. Then, I smoothed out all the rough edges, adding a pair of plump lips that are sure to make this droid look like a million credits. Next up, I sharpened those detail lines to perfection, making sure every nook and cranny is precision-crafted for maximum realism. And finally, I scaled it down to fit my own 23-inch forehead - because who doesn't want their C-3PO to be the perfect size? The back of this beauty will be up on display soon, so stay tuned for that. For now, just know that it's still a work in progress, and you may need to do some minor tweaking along the edges of those lips and neck bolts when you put the two halves together. But trust me, a little epoxy sculpt magic can fix any imperfections and make this C-3PO look like brand new.
