Byte Frost Goggle Strap Mount for Ground Station
thingiverse
Here's how it works: The mount plugs into the back of the Byte Frost Ground Station (GS) unit where the battery would normally go. This allows you to clip it to the back of your Goggle strap, so you don't need a tripod to keep everything stable. I built a special Y power cord that lets me plug in a battery from my pocket and use it to power both the goggles and the ground station at the same time. According to the specs, I can use a 2-3S battery pack to power both devices. This is still a work in progress, so you'll need to use long-pigtail antennas on the GS unit, like the Lumenier Axii 2 Long Range antennas.
