A DIY replica of the faulty holder component for a Chinese bicycle flashlight is being fabricated. While attempting to print a prototype according to the design specifications, it was discovered that creating radial notches on the attachment ring proved to be a challenging task. However, despite this limitation, the standard rubber gasket manages to provide a secure seal and prevents slippage. It's possible that a printer with a higher resolution than the current one (0.4mm nozzle diameter, 0.2mm layer height) might be able to successfully print these notches.
