The sleek design of the BWB Gleich Drone makes it stand out among my other BWB models. Testing in XFLR5 showed that it flies stably without trim with a calculated CG as if the entire model was made of a single material, like foam. However, adding motors on top would shift the cg. A CAD file is available, featuring specially developed positive CM and low-drag profiles at low Reynolds numbers. This drone has great potential for flying fast and control surface layouts show many options. On smaller aircraft with blended wings, you can achieve a more conventional body shape with large fillets where the wing meets the fuselage - although it's less pronounced here. Extensive use is made of Fibonacci design principles throughout. A CAD file including airfoil profiles is provided for both wings and fuselage surfaces.
