Gentle pinch and push of the prongs is best for ease of install. Trimming around the access holes on the Base is recommended if fitment is still too tight. Tolerances will vary with your 3D printer, practice patience with these techniques for best results! Nub Install: Once the Nub is pressed gently and uniformly onto the Rear, refrain from removing again, as depending on your wall layer count/infill choices, part may crack or break. Once installed, leave installed. Plug and Base Install: Place qi coil into the back of the Base before installing the Plug. Be sure to rotate the qi coil CounterClockwise as much as possible, without vigor, to place the pair of wires as far as possible into the cut-out. The coil backing is very delicate, be gentle! Also, install the samsung power adapter into Plug before installation into the Base. NOTE: Make sure the usb plug is facing the opening! Clean any excess material around prongs, and any squared-off openings your printer may have made to the tops of the entry holes for said prongs, prior to installation. Apply even amounts of pressure when installing the Plug into the Base. Rear Install: This shouls be last to install. Place peg firmly into the rear. Before Installing the Rear into the Base and Plug, be sure to gently push the qi curcuit board into the bottom of the Plug. Orientation of the curcuit board should be facing down, and the micro usb fitting into its cut-out on the opposite side of the usb slot in the power adapter. Carefully clear any excess material around prongs that lead into the Plug, and patiently install the rear into the Base and Plug. Useage Tips: Designed for use at Kitchen and Bathroom outlets for wireless charging and hands-free mobile phone use. For best practice for the device and your phone's battery, do not overcharge your phone with this product. Overcharging will adversely affect your phone's battery longevity, and also will give greater risk to qi curcuit board longevity and material deformation. Good practice is to unplug the usb cable when fully charged, and the product is still great for hands-free use while cooking, cleaning, brushing your teeth, washing your hands, etc.
