I recently showcased my work on a 3D printable Tommy20 flywheel cage that was largely based on an existing model but with tighter crush settings (42.5). Today, I'm excited to share this improved version with you. The enhancements include a more defined path for the darts, improved tolerances - particularly when it comes to motor fit - and a thorough parametric design that enables the creation of a wide range of crush settings.
