My 2-year-old is absolutely obsessed with Beanie Boo's buddy Buzzbee from Disney's "The Hive." I must admit, my decorating skills are still a bit of a work in progress, but luckily my little one didn't seem to mind. When it comes to scaling the designs to match your cake size, you'll probably need to get creative and make some adjustments on the fly. For the hands and feet, I whipped up some sugar cookies and cut them out while they were still warm from the oven. Later, I topped them with fondant that I had carefully cut into shapes using the same cookie cutters. The only non-edible part of the whole project was the antenna, which I crafted out of bent pipe cleaners. To create the eyelids and smile, I used a large eyeball cutter to shape the pieces into perfect little curves. Special thanks go out to TeamOliva for their awesome hand design - it's clear that Minnie Mouse and Buzzbee share the same adorable hands!
