To properly position the piece in XY and reproduce machining later if a series is planned, positional stops are needed. Simply install a D. 6mm rod into the positioning mandrel to set the stops and then add or subtract 10mm in X and Y to achieve zero-piece. The stops can also be used as a part support by adding a plot in the D. 6mm hole. This model is designed for M6 screw fixation but can easily be modified for M8, Fusion 360 files included.
