I wouldn't recommend using it straight out of the mold because bacteria could accumulate in tiny crevices. Instead, I suggest filling the mold with a body-safe silicone to create a smooth surface. The largest diameter is approximately 6.5 cm and tapers down to about 5 cm at its smallest point on the foot. If you need a different size, simply adjust your slicer program's settings; for example, scaling up or down by 10% changes the diameter by 0.5 cm, so scaling back to 90% would result in a diameter of 4.5 cm.
