Button pushes for Ormerod 1

You press two buttons by way of the holes at the back of the enclosure included with the Ormerod 1 to activate the Erase and Reset functions on the Duet through those holes. The hexagonal ends go into the holes while you press the square ends, which now feature increased length so that they may be used effectively in conjunction with the Duet + X4 enclosure as well.
