Button mount for height adjustable desk system, Linak
thingiverse
I had to integrate an old height adjustable desk system onto a new tabletop. To do this, I needed a mount for the button, so I designed one. Printed as shown in the photos on a CR10 S4 with a Volcano hot end and a 1.2 mm nozzle. The design can be printed without support standing upright on its front face. It attaches to the tabletop using two screws and sits very firmly. In the original print, the tolerance between the button and the 3D print was 0.2 mm. I found this too tight, so I increased it to 0.4 mm. This attribute can be modified in the Attribute editor of Fusion 360, and it updates fully (see the attached Fusion 360 files).
