The wait is over! The 2016 Button Gear is finally here!\nSix exciting styles are available, each with unique features to make your printing experience even more enjoyable. You can choose from the Token version, the Functional version, or the Special Edition version, all of which come with options for hole or slot attachments. As with my previous designs, these models are carefully crafted to be printable and have been thoroughly tested before being uploaded for you to enjoy.\nThe letters on this design are larger than those on last year's version, making it even easier to print. However, the designs themselves are more complex and detailed, requiring a calibrated printer with a precisely leveled bed to produce optimal results. Depending on your part cooling fan settings and retraction parameters, some minor clean-up may be necessary.\nThe STL files are expertly scaled and oriented using CURA software for printing. I recommend using this filament calibrator tool: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:103730.\nThe maximum print head diameter is 0.4mm. Turn on retraction to minimize strings across intricate details. A 0.2mm thick first layer helps ensure that small features stick to the bed. For PLA printing, use a heated bed set at least to 60C for the first 0.5mm and then reduce the temperature to 45C. Part cooling fans should come on between 0.3 - 0.4 and reach full speed by 0.5 when using PLA. Top and bottom thickness is recommended to be between 0.6 - 0.8mm.
