As a remedy, some reviewers on amazon recommend using gorilla glue to attach a small lego brick to the play button. This button was designed to accomplish the same, and is a slightly more attractive solution with better fit. It's designed to allow for a small amount of gorilla glue to expand in the cavity between the bottom of the add-on button and the top of the built-in button.
