Machining a floral button on a small router was a necessity, as craft shops remained closed due to the Coronavirus pandemic. I designed it with precision, using Fusion360 to create sketches that can easily be enlarged or shrunk to suit individual tastes and requirements. The buttons in the picture were machined from beech wood, measuring 16mm or approximately 5/8 inch in diameter, each one carefully crafted with a small ball nose cutter to achieve a softer shape.
