I created this recipe to replicate the renowned, coin-shaped Italian cookies from a famous brand. These double-layered treats feature a rich chocolate cream filling, which I've yet to capture in a photo due to unforeseen circumstances. To make these cookies, you'll need a simple sugar dough and your preferred chocolate cream filling. Alternatively, they can be stacked with a decorative ribbon for a thoughtful gift.
