Button Cells Holder

Hello friends, I'm having a problem with my button cells. There are so many sizes and uses out there, but it's hard to find the one I need that also fits in a small space. I've tried searching for pre-made objects online, but nothing matches what I'm looking for. So, I decided to create my own solution. My requirements were clear: a box with a specific name, pack of 10 batteries, and compatibility with both alkaline (AGxx type) and lithium (CRxx) batteries. If possible, the box should also have a cradle to group boxes despite their different sizes. With the help of a great designer, I created the Button Cells Holder, affectionately known as BCH or Bisch. Using it is easy as pie: just choose your reference and print it. For alkaline batteries, there are many types of references, but I used AG (like AG1). You can find compatibility lists online, such as http://altert.family.free.fr/pere/tcpiles.html, which has no ads and displays results quickly. For lithium batteries, I used CR because it includes the size (CR2320 is 23mm in diameter and 2mm thick). The same STL file contains both the cradle and the cover to minimize the number of files. If you only need one piece, you can use the "split object" function on Repetier-Host or your slicer. I added a cradle for boxes with various sizes. Simply measure the total width of your boxes and choose the cradle that's closest in size. Of course, there are many more references out there, and you may need different box cradle or battery reference sizes. Feel free to ask, and I'll try to upload what you need. Due to the small size of boxes, I optimized the printing process. The inner wall thickness is 0.8mm, matching my nozzle size (0.4mm). If you have issues with other nozzle sizes, contact me, and I may create a version for your specific needs. No supports are required; just use 10% infill, and printing should be straightforward. I hope you like the BCH! One final note: don't be surprised to see the battery reference on the side of the cover instead of the top – it's designed for support-free printing. Here's a list of supported button cells: For lithium batteries (BCH): * CR1025 * CR1130 * CR1216 * CR1220 * CR1612 * CR1620 * CR1625 * CR1616 * CR1632 * CR2012 * CR2016 * CR2025 * CR2032 * CR2320 * CR2325 * CR2330 * CR2354 * CR2430 * CR2450 * CR2477 * CR3032 For alkaline batteries (BCH): * AG1 * AG2 * AG3 * AG4 * AG5 * AG6 * AG7 * AG8 * AG9 * AG10 * AG11 * AG12 * AG13 Cradle sizes for boxes: * 60mm * 85mm * 100mm * 150mm
