Button Cell Box

Small box designed to store button/coin cells holds 5 x CR2032, 4 x LR44, 6 x G3A and 3 x SR626SW. Conveniently extracts them from oversized blister packs and prevents rolling when kept loose in a man's drawer. Print the bottom of the box and top of the lid on the bed so no support is required. Printed with a 0.4mm nozzle at 0.2 layer height, similar to my initial settings which include a 0.28 layer height and 104% initial line width for good adhesion. Box and lid can be printed simultaneously. Four top layers and three bottom layers are recommended. Three walls and 25% infill provide optimal results when using Cura's cubic subdivision feature. My initial print speed is 20mm/s, which increases to 40mm/s after a few layers for infill and inner wall and remains at 25mm/s for outer wall to achieve a smooth finish. A small brim may be necessary if curling occurs, but in most cases the edges are smooth enough without it. Print temperature settings depend on filament type, with HobbyKing Yellow working well at 210 degrees Celsius and an initial bed temperature of 67 degrees Celsius dropping to 59 degrees Celsius with 100% flow. Print time is approximately three hours depending on selected settings.
