thingiverse
This is a button case for small push button.
It was create as an addition to the very nice snap together lamp (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:27062)
The switch was purchased from Maplin in the UK, however its probably a general part.
The print shown is using a standard USB cable. I would recommend taking of a little more of the outer insulation as its quite a tight fit inside the button shell.

I printed the main shell with some supports on the inside, this ensures there is no plastic hanging down that might interfere with the button.
