Butters Stotch in PJ's - South Park

I found an excellent collection for Stan, Kyle, Kenny and Cartman, but the CAD models available for Butters fell far short in comparison. This is my attempt at a similar Butters, my favorite character from South Park, to match the collection I'm printing, also had to dress him up in PJs just like his bobble head counterpart on Shapeways. A CAD file will follow once I've properly hollowed it out, this print, despite being hollow with 0% infill and no support, featured a small column in the center that extended all the way up to his hair, which I'll fix soon. More work is needed on Butters' arms as they were just quick fixes with fillets instead of a smooth lofted surface. A dual strut for his yellow bonnet will be available soon too! I created Butters using Solidworks, not Cartman, who can be found here: https://cults3d.com/en/game/south-park-crew UPDATE: (February 19, 2016) Butters Version Deux is now available for download, a vast improvement over the previous design with surfaces instead of solids. Dual Strustion STL files are included! Unfortunately, the arms haven't been hollowed out with the rest of the body, which is a shame, but Netfabb will take care of that right away and I'll re-upload it. Printing will begin later this afternoon.... xx UPDATE: (February 20, 2016) V2 print failed due to clogging, but it wasn't bridging as desired, so I redesigned today. V3 IS HERE!! Print with 10% infill to aid in bridging and no support needed, just make sure your outer shells are printed slowly enough. Happy Slicing x PS V4 will feature bunny slippers, but that's a project for later, for now I have what I hope is a print-friendly model.
