I designed a similar tool a few years ago (here).I found out it was a bit bulgy for some very hard to reach valves in my home. So this one is quite small and still helps leveraging the force needed to rotate the valves.While there is only one direction with a lever, you can flip the tool so it faces the direction that suits your situation.
