"Butterfly" style bread lame

This is based on the Butterfly Knife Key Holder by SuperBearFur https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:961026. Not impressed with other bread lames I found here, mainly due to their covers (or lack thereof). As a fan of butterfly knives, let's combine the two. It's best to glue the "clamp" parts together after printing - a tiny slot is created between them to slide one side "tab" of a razor blade in to secure it. I used two M3x12 screws without nuts or washers to assemble everything because the holes were small enough for a tight fit yet still threaded easily.
