This is likely our fifth Butterfly Knife design, and it's arguably the most robust one yet. It's also personally, one of my favorites. However, you may want to scale the knife accordingly and smooth out any rough edges once it's printed. I'd also suggest adjusting the blade thickness in Cura to about 0.5mm smaller, which should save time on smoothing later to get a perfect fit. For larger printers with superior printing capabilities, this might not be an issue at all.
