Butterfly for Bug #7

Butterfly for Bug #7

I acquired this fantastic glowing PLA from Uncle Dutchmogul several months ago and finally created Bug, her beautiful butterfly. (My daughter receives a handmade butterfly for every color she lends me from Mr.Mogul... I have missed a few opportunities before, but not on this occasion!) The original drawing really paid off. It's a little lopsided, but overall it looks pretty great. Best of all: It emits an incredible glow! The second picture displays the butterfly corner as of November 12th, 2015. The third image showcases a smaller (25%) version glowing intensely. I designed a smaller one since she wanted to bring it to preschool and share it with her friends... what a sweetheart. **Print Settings** Printer Brand: MakerBot Printer Model: MakerBot Replicator Rafts: No rafts are necessary for this project.
