For Surgical Mask Use, Ear Savers Don't Cut It. I've Tried Them and They Slide Down My Neck. The Tension Falls Mainly on My Top Ear. This Custom-Made Ear Saver Has a Built-In Base That Keeps the Anchors in Place. Still Not Perfect, But It's a Step in the Right Direction. I Printed the STL File at 85% Scale and Found Success by Heating it with a Hair Dryer and Carefully Wrapping it Around My Neck. Alternatively, You Can Use Hot Water from the Tap to Achieve the Same Results.
