Create a corn cob with melted butter using Yellow PLA for an authentic look. The peeled husk, designed in Green PLA, can be printed separately. Get your Yellow PLA here: http://store.makerbot.com/yellow-pla-plastic-1-75mm.html. This design was created and assembled by MakerBot Applications staff member, Adam Fontenault. Assemble the complete corn model by gluing two cob halves together, doing the same for the husk halves, waiting for the glue to dry, then testing the fit of both assemblies. If necessary, sand rough areas with heavy grit sandpaper. Finally, glue the corn assembly to the husk assembly for a perfect result. Enjoy your 3D printed corn!
