Butter Pig Dies Remixed
pinshape
When I first remixed Steve Weber's Butter Pig, I began with the dies. Instead of discarding these, I decided to share them with others who might want to print stronger and cleaner dies. The dies have been fine-tuned for durability, clean edges, and no support by printing flat. The slicer die has been modified to push the butter slice away from the pig. Although the dies can be inserted either direction, the slicer would be more effective with the flat portion facing the stick of butter. Don't forget to check out the new corncob die! I didn't stop at remixed dies; I inevitably remade the entire design. Print Settings: 0.20mm with 60% infill are recommended. You should print no less than three top and bottom layers. The picture posted was a prototype printed in Princess Pink PLA from SeeMeCNC, but you'll want to consider using food-safe plastic for the final product.
