BE CAREFUL WHEN USING THIS PROJECT!!! This project is a prototype based on theory, I have not tested it and cannot guarantee that everything will work smoothly, so use at your own risk. Please note that the file "BPS 3" should be printed with a filament that is slightly softer. The other parts should be printable with most filaments. Additionally, a 4mm wide and 6mm long spring is required at the tip of the device. As for the exact settings, I can say nothing as it is an untested prototype.
