Butane gas soldering iron cases
thingiverse
I bought a butane gas soldering iron from Fixpoint recently. It might be available in other countries under the brand names Wentronic or Aries, so take a look at the photos to identify it. The design was created using Sketchup, with one version designed for wall mounting and the other for placing the item on a desk. It's a simple yet useful design, I hope. If you have any suggestions for changing the design, let me know. Here are the print settings used: * Rafts: Don't matter * Supports: Yes * Resolution: 0.3 mm * Infill: 50% Notes: Print speed is 40 mm/s and nozzle temperature is set to 210 degrees Celsius. The bed temperature is at 50 degrees Celsius. Printing time for each design takes approximately two hours and thirty minutes.
