Bust of Harriet Tubman

I've created this model of Harriet Tubman to celebrate Black History Month and Women's History Month. Harriet Tubman was a renowned American abolitionist, humanitarian, and fearless armed scout and spy for the United States Army during the American Civil War. Born into slavery, Tubman bravely escaped and subsequently made several daring missions to rescue approximately seventy enslaved families and friends, utilizing an extensive network of antislavery activists and safe houses known as the Underground Railroad. She later played a pivotal role in helping abolitionist John Brown recruit men for his raid on Harpers Ferry, and in the post-war era remained an active participant in the struggle for women's suffrage.
